Terms of Service

By accessing or using SR&ED AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SR&ED AI provides automated generation of SR&ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) tax credit documentation by analyzing GitHub repositories, pull requests, and commits. The Service generates T661 evidence packages to support tax credit claims.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent tax documentation

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SR&ED AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and generated documentation remain your property.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub and Clerk. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated documentation will result in successful SR&ED claims. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content and ensuring compliance with CRA requirements.

SR&ED AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SR&ED AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
